Requirements for all new drivers
The safety of our drivers and other drivers on the road as well as Dancor’s equipment and the freight we haul is all of paramount importance. We expect our drivers to be not only well-trained and capable, but also safety-conscious at all times. These are our requirements for all drivers.

• Must be at least 24 years of age with minimum 1 year over-the-road verifiable experience during the past 3 years.
• Must present to Dancor a valid Class A CDL issued by your state of residence.
• Dancor hires only HONEST drivers, so past employment will be verified. We hire only SAFE drivers, so driving records will be checked.
• An acceptable driving record includes NONE of the following:

• Any major violation within the last 5 years including DUI/DWI;
• Positive drug/alcohol test or conviction for possession of narcotics in the last 3 years;
• Leaving the scene of an accident in which you were involved;
• Suspended license for any reason;
• Conviction of driving at speeds more than 15 miles per hour above the posted speed limit;
• More than 3 moving violations during the past 3 years;
• More than 2 preventable minor accidents during the past 3 years;
• More than 1 preventable major accident during the past 3 years.

• Drivers are required to properly complete daily logs as well as regulatory and other required forms.
• Every driver must pass a DOT pre-employment drug screen and physical with a Dancor company physician.
• All drivers agree to a 90-day probationary period. If during this time it is discovered that any information supplied to Dancor is fraudulent, inaccurate or incomplete, the driver will be subject to termination.
